- Discuss the event by text: date, venue, audience, format, budget and timing.
- Review availability, practical requirements and an itemized quote.
- Approve the scope and pay the complete invoice.
- After full payment is verified, we confirm the booking and begin planning and preparation.
- Deliver the agreed show and review the result.
Paid in full. Then we move.
Full payment before work. No deposits or partial payments. A request or quote does not reserve a date. Planning, production, scheduling and setup begin only after the scope is approved and full payment is verified. Changes and extras must be paid in full before they begin.
Travel, overtime, external suppliers, refunds, cancellation and weather arrangements are stated in the written quote. No guaranteed sales, attendance or revenue is offered.
